Access control lists with multiple groups and / or users

Hi everybody,

might be my question has been treated somewhere in the list, but I cold
not find an answer to it searching the topics in the list.
So, here is my question: is it possible and if, how to do it, to
configure samba for handling directory and file access like Windows NT,
that means controling access via access control lists containing more
than one group or even a combination of user groups and individual
users?
Another question of mine is: is it possible to give different rights to
the share than to a directory or file below the share?
