Cannot find Samba Server in my Windows NT 'Network Neighborhood'

Greetings - 

I have followed all of the advice of what I could find concerning this, but
I have hit a wall.  I have assigned a NetBEUI name, and all of the standard
stuff.  I can see the server when I do a Find Computer on the NT side, but
it is not viewable in the neighborhood.  Also, command line mappings, etc.
work fine, interacting with the server.

Any help - greatly appreciated.
