Q: can samba trigger a script when NT PDC updated?

Can samba be used to fire a user admin script when the SAM is updated?

I don't want samba to replace the NT PDC, just be notified about SAM
user and passwords changes.

I want to use samba to fire a script to add users or set login passwords for
a unix native database (sybase/oracle). The aim is to keep the unix database
login details (name/pass) in sync with NT.
