Yes.
You can get the TNG version from samba-tng.org,
and then can use samedit to 'enumuser' and 'enumgroup' to
get the list.  Check out <http://www.samba-tng.org/cvs.html>.
One can also use winbindd to automatically grab
all the users and groups from the domain controller.  These users
would then be like normal Unix users.
In another version (can't remeber), rpcclient could be used
to enumerate the users and groups.
