(no subject)

Anyone know if smbpasswd can be used to change user passwords on 
a MS Domain Controller.  I use this format.
smbpasswd -r PDC -U username -R hosts 

And I get something like
 machine PDC rejected the password change: Error was : The specified
password is invalid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
