Samba in W2K Active Directory domain

I'm setting up a Samba 2.0.7 server for our agency, using an NT 4 box as the
PDC. The State of North Dakota is implementing a Windows 2000 Active
Directory domain and would like to have all agencies connect as
Organizational Units (not yet a requirement). Is Samba known to work/not
work in such a setup, and could anyone direct me to config info?
