Which branch has working (or can be made to work with) LDAP support?

LDAP in HEAD is completely broken.  We are working 
on it currently.  Will not be in the initial 2.2 release,
but will hopefully follow soon thereafter.  I would recommend
waiting for an stable support release.  As the schema 
will change from the experiemental code which exists in
CVS.
