NT Account Lockout

Hope you can help,

We have the above problem. It occurs randomly i.e. an account works fine
mapping shares for a week or two then will lock out consecutively for a
couple of mornings when the user first logs on and tries to map the shares.
I would be really grateful for any help on this.
