POLEDIT.EXE -group policies

Known restriction of 2.0.x IIRC - the groups don't work properly, hence
the group policies don't either. That said, I could be wrong...

It works in TNG, and therefore will work when the "official" PDC
implementation is released (post Samba 2.2). Use TNG until then if it's
a must-have.
