Samedit usefullness

I didn't mean to make it sound like there was anything wrong with the
way it was documented other than I couldn't find anything.  Never used
yodl (always wondered why documents weren't put out in plain text
instead of man considering it's vi anyway), so I'll give that a shot
before I complain too much more.

On the other hand, does anyone have Codepage.000 (does one exist) as TNG
seems to be missing this codepage and samedit is barking about that as
well.
