I would think so although I havent tried it.

Someone will proably correct me but you need a share called Netlogon$.

And sometimes NT is picky about the capitaliaxation of the filename
NTConfig.pol or NTCOnfig.POL seem to work best.
(Although it shouldnt care less about the capitalization)
