REALLY need help on TNG localization (charset, client codepage)!!!!

Thanks a lot, it was very helpful. I guess the reason is the old code. But,
what really is SAMBA HEAD? I wanted to use samba TNG because of its NTDomain
capabilities (list of users' accounts, etc).

After all, is it possible to upgrade (patch, change) the corresponding code
in TNG with other?
