NT 4 login problems

ok, i _think_ i've got it. two out of two people who have login problems
are using "netbios name = somethingotherthanthednsname".
try removing "netbios name = " from the smb.conf, and let me know if it
works.
what happens is htat the netbios name of the server is used to determine
if the connection-over-msrpc-loopback should be used or not, *internally*
within smbd and the msrpc daemons.
TNG may be getting _very_ confused by hte different netbios name,
resulting in attempts to connect using SMB over 127.0.0.1 instead of to
the domain socket, for MSRPC.
this would be bad, and likely to fail.
