write pipe issues

Wonderful. With CVS update from 11pm EST March 9th, I'm able to access
samba shares as a non-root user. This was a problem only in the last 2-3
alpha releases (up to alpha 0.11 but I skipped alpha 0.12).

So I suspect that mounting of samba-tng shares from Win2K and NT has been
fixed now (the incorrect password problem).
