I hope, that I can help you. 

At first: You want to much to know for a e-mail. The best way is, that you buy
a book like "Teach Yourself Samba in 24 Hours

cat /etc/passwd | mksmbpasswd.sh > /usr/local/samba/private/smbpasswd
Than you must put this two lines into smb.conf:
update encrypted = yes
encrypt passwd = no
