SAMEDIT commands

Not sure how to do it from samedit, but you can disable a user account
by overwriting the first space in the [...] part of the smbpasswd line
with a captial letter D.  I'm not sure if the order of the flags is
significant; I created a new domain user, and the flags were NDU.
