Win2K = 445
NT4 = 139

445 is SMB without NetBIOS (and without virtual servers thanks to dumbass
Microsoft...) and is new in Win2K.

445 mostly; sometimes NT thunks down to SMB calls on port 139 for SMB
calls that are not implemented over DCE/RPC.
