Help Badly

I have just fixed that and I greatly appreciate it but its not working.
Still the same error. 
Exact error
Linuxpower is not accessible
the network path was not found

I did restart the services and even did a telinit 1 to make sure.

Since this line is defective, Samba is not listening to the network at
all.
