Because no netlogond is running.
 
The simpliest way is to run all these programms:

browserd
lsarpcd
netlogond
nmbd
samrd
smbd
spoolssd
svcctld
winregd
wkssvcd

You don't need all in any case. But so you have all necessary
programms run.
