User Manager doesn't work

Hi,
I successfully installed combined samba-tng and samba-main.
I run Linux Red Hat 6.1 as PDC, joined WinNT stand alone server to
domain. When I tried to open my sambaPDC by double clicking on Network
Neighborhood I got error message: "\\sambaPDC is not
accessible. The handle is invalid."
When I opened User Manager for Domains I got message: " The
RPC server is unavailable."
I tried to follow all cvs changes for last couple weeks but still have
the same problem.
What I did wrong?
