Did you ever invoke rpcclient without any arguments?

It says:
[...]
        -c command string     execute semicolon separated commands
[...]


So
	rpcclient -S THEPDCNAME -U admin%pass -W THEPDCDOMAINNAME -c samsync

should do the trick, I hope.
