Help with Apache using pam_ntdom

Need some help from anyone running Apache 1.3.9 out there..

Would like users to authenticate using Basic Auth to the NT domain rather 
than keeping up with a separate database and/or password files on a Solaris 
box.  Have heard that you can use CPAN modules using Perl to do this but it 
was recommended a simpler solution called pam_ntdom.

  What needs to be put in the httpd.conf to call up pam_ntdom?  Or can this 
be done this way?  Thanks for any insight.
