Samba-TNG "Can't create IPC area"

matthew,

i grepp'd for "IPC area" and that occurs in locking/shmem_sys5.c and
profile/profile.c in several places.

can i suggest that you check you're not enabled "-DWITH_PROFILE" and that
you haven't enabled "-DHAVE_SYSV_IPC" by mistake?
