NETLOGON "secure channel"

i think i might have got it.  there is one bit that i'm missing, which is
how to deal with more than one request/response, but i have some ideas.

this means that samba will be able to interoperate with NT4sp4, even if
the "NETLOGON secure channel" is set to "required" in the registry.  for
info on how to do this, search microsoft's KB database, it's in there.
