My smb problem..

I'm trying to follow the steps on the website that Lars created (thank you
BTW) and am coming up with only smbd and nmbd starting and staying running.
When I run the others they run and then go away.  Any help?

Trust me! :-)
Restart them all. Something gets wrong if you change the password
at the moment.
