1. Explain what the problem actually is (two PDC Controllers on the same
workgroup) and why this can't work.

2. Point them at suitable documentation (say
http://us1.samba.org/samba/docs/man/smb.conf.5.html#domainmaster or the
DOMAIN.txt file)

3. Suggest they subscribe to one of the samba mailing lists if they
need further help (point them at www.samba.org)

What is particularly annoying about the KB article is that it doesn't
solve the problem merely the symptom.
