oo..kk... it's been a long time.  

the two functions you (or someone - c isn't that difficult!) want to look
at are NetWkstaUserLogon, and NetUserGetInfo.  both these use
lp_logon_home() and lp_logon_script().

from what you say, lp_logon_home() may be returning the wrong info.
