Smbpasswd error

Hi,
I followed all  instructions and run combined cvs main and
SAMBA_TNG.
When I tried to create the smbpasswd account for my samba server using
smbpasswd -a -m my_samba_server
I got the following messages:
rpc_check_hdr: error in rpc header
rpc_pipe_bind failed
lsa query failed
Can't setup password database vectors.
