New webpage for Samba TNG

Hello!

I have created a webpage, to let you know what i have done to
install Samba TNG. Until now i have finnished the "compile"-part
only. I hope i can create the "configuration"-part tomorrow. If
there are any spelling errors, plese send me message. I'm a
german.
Until now, i can join the domain with my Win-NT workstation,
profiles work, startscripts are working and if i login as root, i
can also work as administrator.
