Question about Samba

Hello,
     I am new to Samba and have a question. I have 3 laboratories that I
am responsible for and intend to use Samba. My question is if it's
possible to have one UNIX server respond to different workgroups. I only
want certain users to be able to have access to these labs and want to use
a different workgroup for each one. I just wanted to know if it was
possible to use Samba for this on one UNIX server. Thanks.
