Status of changing passwords from NT ...

We are seriously looking at using Samba in a small office, however we have
not been able to change anyones passwords from an NT workstation.  Each
time we try, we get a message:

Unable to change the password on this account (C00000BE). Please consult
your system administrator.

This occurs regardless of whether we login as administrator or an
individual user.  Does anyone know when this will be working, or is this a
unique problem to our configuration?  We have been willing to use this
product since January except for this one problem.  Once fixed, we would
are very anxious to deploy this for our network server.
