TNG works with Win2k, fails with Win98

  i specifically need to know EXACTLY what the difference between a win9x
UDP 138 request and an nt one (GETDC and SAMQUERY) _and_ i need to know
what the responses are --- *from an nt server*.

samba is not sufficient for this task.
