yes, you don't need to add the server to its own domain any more, this was
getting irritationg.

plus, the only way to bootstrap the server (read, beat it into submission)
was to use rpcclient -S . -U root% -l log and do a createuser sambaserver$
-j, and _then_ you could add other accounts and d all the tests.

this is too much to expect people to have to do.
