you'll need to set this up on the unix side, manually.  you cannot do this
at all with samrd --with-sam-pwdb=passdb or --with-sam-pwdb=nt5ldap, and i
stalled on the samrd --with-sam-pwdb=tdb project, i have bugs to hunt.
