Samba and Deleted files

Not a programmer, but is there anyone interested in creating this? Seems like a feature that is almost necessary in a large corporate environment?

write a vfs module for samba 3.0 or TNG which does a sys_rename instead of
sys_unlink in vfs_unlink.
