[TNG] : write on home dir

yep, this is a problem with microsoft clients.  it's a known bug where the
WINLOGON.EXE process maintains a connection to \\yoursambaserver\homes
EVEN though the previous user has logged out.

when the new user logs in, the stupid NT client tries to reuse the
existing connection to \\yoursambaserver\homes to access the new user's
profile.
