Repressing Domain Login Dialogue

I have mobiles in the domain and they don't have their profiles on the server.
I've found that to be a much better way of not messing with a computer
illiterate person's look and feel of their desktop.

Have a hardware profile with no network enabled ? Unfortunately if you
are running win9x, it will wait for you to choose a configuration (WinNT
times out to a default).

Of course, having mobiles on the domain means profiles (local and
domain) will be out of sync.
