win2k and trust relationships

Hello all!!

I have searched the archives, but have found no "real" answer to the every
annoying problem
of the inability to establish a trust between win2k pro and a samba PDC
(using latest in the samba_2_2 tree)

is there a resolution/solution? for this? or are we in the "wait for 3.0"
mode?
