2 issues: Roaming Profiles & File create permissions

WinNT and Win98 use different profile settings. For win9x, I think you
need to use a
logon home = \\%L\home\%U\.profiles
logon path is for WinNT as far as I know.

(take a look at the DOMAIN.TXT file in the docs).

This is due to a bug in NT, not necessary if you only run 9x. See the
DOMAIN.TXT file.
