ms access tuning

hi there !

has anybody experience with tuning samba (stable and upcomin 2.2) for use
with ms access ?

there are some (9) , partly large (700mb) .mdb-files and there access from
every client (windows) about once a second (the small ones, about 70mb) for
polling and do query and writes on the large onces every few seconds...

the whole thing is made with visual basic 6... (ado and dao)

(i didn´t set up this sh...)

any advice ?  (tcp_nodelay is running)
