SAMBA + FreeBSD installation notes

Hi everyone,

with the help of a lot of people, I got SAMBA_TNG 2.6 to run and it
works great.
I had to work out a couple more things than I found in FAQs, and I took
today to summarize that as an html file.

This is my way to say thank you to the list. I hope it can help some
other people out there, who do not have to make the same mistakes I did.
