Windows 9x clients don't join a domain in any shape or fashion.  The
only way they can be said to be "in" a domain is if their workgroup is
set to the domain name, so that they show up in the browse list.  This
is not necessary, however.  A 95 box can be in any workgroup, and
users from any domain at all can log into it, i.e. domain trusts do
not apply.
