ummm... it's generally a really, really, bad idea to put exchange on more
than one machine.

if your network is of any size, you will need a separate gigabit-ethernet,
ATM or fibre-optic network link between the PDC and BDC... _just_ to carry
the authentication and synchronisation traffic.
