Actually i first did suggest making a form. Some php3 form, that would
automatically check, whether mandatory fields are checked and make an
EMail to samba-nt. But Luke said a textform would be better.

Writing a form would be a oneday job (with php3). 

At the moment i don't see the problems with attachments. All new EMail
Programs that i know do understand attachments (on Windows as well as on
Unix side).

Tell me whether you want a form.
