Hello All,
      There is PDC - samba-tng 2.2 ( i386, FreeBSD 4.0)
When connecting from PDC to Win200-Professional(controlled by this PDC)
using smbclient:

#smbclient -L WIN2K -W DOMAIN -U user
Password:
1st session setup ok
2nd session setup ok   
failed tcon_X          
failed session request 
#

The same when using samba-tng 2.3

What does it mean?
