Ok, I have to add the Samba server as part of the domain as well, correct?

This is my first posting, so here we go:

cd to your samba bin directory.

./samedit -S . -U root    (or user with admin priveledges)
createuser [workstation name]$

This should work, now go to the workstation and join it to the domain.

Is there a readme or HOWTO on how to use samedit?  I can't seem to get any
of my machines to join the dowmain and it says that smpasswd -m
functionality is disabled use samedit.  Unfortunately this is something I
don't know how to do.
