minor 2.0.7-pre3 problems

Hi,

I just compiled 2.0.7-pre3 with ssl support and had two problems:

I had to user --with-sslinc since the includes are in
/usr/local/include/openssl/*

But the compilation failed as /include was appended to this. 
(I solved this by creating a link "include" in that directory).

The second "problem" is a compiler warning:

smbd/ssl.c:160: warning: passing arg 2 of `SSL_CTX_set_tmp_rsa_callback' from incompatible pointer type

This is with openssl 0.9.4
