User rights for MS-Project

Hi there,

i got a problem with MS-Project.
The file is saved with owner = xyz and group=users. But when another
owner want´s to open the file (is in group users) MS-Project says:
You´re not owner. I think windows have no chance to see
unix-permissions. Am I wrong???
Are there any help outside?
