Latest CVS Head Branch (27/10/1999)

With the latest CVS code I can't get my 2.1
machine talking to my 2.0 (PDC).

I get this in the 2.1 logs.

[1999/10/27 10:50:50, 0] smbd/password.c:domain_client_validate(1197)
domain_client_validate: unable to setup the PDC credentials to machine
        WALES. Error was : RAP code 0

This used to work with the head branch at the 5th of October code.
