CVS update: samba/source/include (fwd)

I was wondering about that. I realise it's a *huge* amount of work, but has
any consideration been given to splitting samba up into a system similar to
NT - that is, have an smbd, npfs (Names Pipes) sitting on top of that, msrpc
daemon sitting on top of that, then daemons for the various services.

This would allow people to add in new server-side services much easier.
